The hotel had a friendly staff who were courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options for those with different dietary preferences. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a relatively peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
The hotel was a bit far from the main tourist spots, so it could take some time to get to those locations. Additionally, there wasn't much to do around the hotel, so guests may need to venture out for entertainment. Finally, there were some issues with pricing for room service and during check-out, but the staff handled them well and were pleasant throughout the process.

the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with options for everyone's dietary preferences. the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our city trip. Plus, the location was ideal for us as it was just a short taxi ride away from all the sights we wanted to see.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. the rooms were spacious, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Despite the hotel being far from the Old City, taxis were affordable and the ride only took a few minutes. the hotel also had a great casino and comfortable lounges.
There were a few issues with pricing when ordering room service and during check-out.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the staff were friendly and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the spa and wellness center, as well as the rooftop pool. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar and lounge area was a great spot to relax.
The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
